Contract Washing / Rust removal

With our powerful industrial washer from ALLKAL, we can clean rust-damaged components with exceptional precision and care.

The process consists of six steps: two initial stages with dual ultrasonic washes that efficiently remove dirt and rust, followed by rinsing with degreasing chemicals. This is followed by two rinse stages using rust-inhibiting spray solutions. Finally, the components are dried in a vacuum chamber, ensuring effective drying even for complex shapes and cavities.

After washing, an evaporative rust inhibitor is applied to provide long-lasting protection. Storing the components with rust-preventive paper can keep them rust-free for several weeks, while using rust-inhibitor bags extends the protection to several months.

The wash baskets measure 600x390x330 mm and can hold up to 120 kg per basket.
